Looping video objects (I think)

How would I create something like this? I have Movie Studio 2023. I tried to Google and youtubed it but couldn't find an answer. I want to create a digital maze. Here is an example:

Movie Studio on its own cannot create what you see in the example given.

To generate these sort of graphics and animations as shown in the example, you would need animation/modelling software such as Blender, Unreal Engine or similar programs.
