I bought the cinemascape Loop and its not letting me download it. I tried buying the non commercial one and still cant download it. I want my money back.

Do you mean the Cinematic World Soundpool? I can find no reference to 'Cinemascape' in the store
Did you buy this in the in-app Store - if try logging out of the Store, close Music Maker wait 15-20 secs then restart Music Maker, login to the Store - you download should be there for you to download and install.
