No. I think the best idea is to get a sample management software with BPM and key detection. There are a lot different companies out there, that develop those tools. With a help of a sample browser you can easily use any kind of loop library, even if they have a different structure than the Magix Soundpools.

I personally use Sononym, which is expensive but has a fun similarity search feature. There are also free ones out there like ADSR Sample Manager.
