@Ben-Diamond

Welcome to the Magix forums.

These are user to user forums, not a contact for Magix Support unfortunately, so I suspect no-one here can help you with this. You should use the Support link in the header of any forum page to contact Magix Support.

However, I'm pretty certain that SF10 was released by Sony, before Magix took over development of the software so it may not be possible even for Magix Sales to supply this particular version of the software.

@emmrecs, an SF10 installer is still available at Magix.com. At some point after the transfer from Sony I registered my license with Magix so it is there under My Account->My Products. @Ben-Diamond, maybe try creating an account at Magix.com if you haven't already and see if your licenses are recorded there.

You can download SF Pro 10 from the Magix Download Center. You will need one of your SF-10 serial numbers.

As was previously stated, serial numbers and activation issues should be directed to the Magix Customer Service Sales Team.
