I am using MEP v20.0.1.80 to re-edit a movie project I made in 2020, with an older version of MEP. In the original I used a background called Dark Clouds.mov, but I can no longer find this file with this version of MEP. Is this a file I can download from Magix? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

If there was one it would have been in the 'templates / Image objects' section in one of the folders there.

Thank you Ray. I scoured my hard drives and do not see the file. My suspicion is that it is not part of my newer version of MEP. When I open the old project, this is the popup I see.

I checked back to 2016, nothing. I don't think it would have come from Magix as they use mxv and mp4 files, not mov.

I seem to be mentioning this program often just recently but the only Dark Cloud I can find on my system is the template in Boris Particle Illusion which once made could have been exported in the mov format which is Particle Illusions default export setting.
So whether this would be it or not I can't say or whether you picked a similarly titled mov file up off of the net or not I don't know.

MOV files were used in very old versions of MEP - was the project originally created with Movie Edit Pro MX or an earlier version?
For a substitute there a plenty of Dark Cloud background video clips available for free on the Internet - for video clips I use Videezy and several other similar sites.
