I am not aware of a way to lock the toolbars @TR_Mala, but it would be a nice option. The only setting I recall is disabling the float behavior.

You can copy and restore the toolbar layout.. however it is more work then rearranging one or two of the icons.

Ah...too bad. Hopefully, they'll add this ability in a future version, as it tends to happen quite a bit. Thanks for your response.
