Vegas Movie Studio 17 Suite, Win10, HP Intel i7. I purchased my video editor in Jan 2021.  I installed and registered it.  I used is a few times.  Today I try to launch my video editor and I get the product registration dialogue box with my product key and email address already filled in telling me to register the product.  I cannot seem to get past this box.  The only options are try to register it (where it tells me that the that key is associated with a different email address), or cancelling out. Error code-24. I have only found one post with a similar problem but no suggested solution was suggested.
