Live Pad Set

Hi everyone, I am working with 2025 Magix Music Maker Premium trying to remember where the Live Pad set goes my file structure is at its worst for untold certain reasons and would like to get it back in order, please no guess work. If you have the live pad folder set and it is working, can you tell me where and what the folder structure is, and if the files are in some other folder how's its layout. Please I spent a lot of time trying to straighten this out and it's no joke I'll tell folks.

@David-Barselow It's stored in the Magix Common folder, usually under C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Live Pads. But the folder location can be changed during the installation of the first Magix software on your computer, so I don't know if it's the same location on your computer.

I have that location, and I have the files in the folder structure of the path you mentioned. And by the way do you mean the very first installation of Magix? Or do you mean the least ver. that may be installed on my computer. I problem is the everything needed is not loading in the window as they use to when they were working just fine. Please let me show you and if you would pass it along to support as I just don't get it since they have switched support managers. I sent email to two different departments, and I got an email telling me (first off there was no need for that) on quote. I mean REALLY.

Hi David

. . . . . problem is the everything needed is not loading in the window as they use to when they were working just fine . . . .

Do you mean the Live pads look like this on opening?

When you select a preset do the pads then appear?

. . . . I sent email to two different departments, and I got an email telling me (first off there was no need for that) on quote. . . .

The correct procedure is to raise a Support ticket as follows, page by page:-

  1. Click the Support link at the top of any forum page to start the process.

  2. Select Audio then Music Maker

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page that opens, click Contact Support

  4. Select Send E-mail

  5. Fill in the form and send.

You will receive an automatic reply with a Support request number and suggested fixes, with options to decline them if none of are relevant, reply back to the email.

If you get an empty email response, this sometimes happens, reply back to it
