little Send faders [A B C D E] with PRE or POST option...

Hello, I have Acid 7 Pro software DAW. In one of few, of my new mixtape sessions. (*.acd or *.acd-zip) There are that little SEND pre/post faders MY PROBLEM: I can't play few music tracks, without going through SEND E. I first have to SEND them to SEND E and it is onliest than, that they will play. I fight with a very, big mixtape project and amount of questions, and collisions I had with A.7P. Software, makes me very sad, sometimes, but I believe I can finish this project and that maybe someone, here will l be so kind to help me in that and some others issues... Please reply asap, the mixtape was planned to be under the Christmas Tree as a product that will hopefully give me some money for to stay alive in the time of DJ's lockdown... Sebek

Hey there, I can try to help you out but need a better understanding on whats going on here with Sends. Is it possible for you to send a video on what you are trying to do and how you are running into trouble? I am a long time Acid Pro user and might have the answer for you. I hate to say it but Acid Pro is not stable enough yet to use for major (paid) projects but since you are already deep into it, let me see if I can help but I need to understand your issue better.

Hello, OK so let me try... I have one session in which the signal somehow pass through. I have all the SEND faders to — infinity but the signal is still out somehow, or... and this is the case now. Even though all the settings are the same as to the channel next to it, but the one I'm talking about is still not playing. Yesterday I looked through all the mixtape sessions and came out with a solution but... will it work. I start my session just now, in my studio in Tychy Poland. So please if there is and option we can contact via facebook or so, that would be great and then I would show You my screen, but TO BE FAIR, I promise You all that will copy the conversation here so that the solution to a problem is on this forum... OK ?!

— the problem is ... somehow the signal gets through and it's there ever though I don't want it to be there

— I can't get the signal to pass despite all the next channels setup & settings...

Thank You for the reply. ...I use ACID since the beginning but this project just overtook the DAW
I do music since 1995 and have had released over 150 LPs so if we stay in touch I might be really
helpful in some matters, too :). Sebek

Not sure if it is ok to post information here but you can send screenshots to Email address removed by Moderator because I still can't really understand the issues you are having.

I didn't think so. So the user will just have to provide a Video or screenshot to get help as I have no idea what issue he is having.

Update: I finally rendered all the parts to final wav files. Now I have a question, is it possible to copy markers list, or is it possible to move a marker to a dedicated time? I have an empty session in which I want to import all of my final wave's, just to check that everything is all right. In that session I have all the markers, but some markers are in bad time position. Is it possible to change markers time position?

Yes, you can grab the marker which is in bad position and left click drag it around. Is that what you are asking?

Yes, you can grab the marker which is in bad position and left click drag it around.

This method I know it is a way for few markers but not as many as I have to move and, my RIGHT POSITIONS are very precise, like: 00:00:13:63 or 00:03:58:58, so it's impossible to move'em with a left mouse click to that precise position. But as usual I just did it by hand (manually) :( many of such kind functions, in ACID 7 PRO, would be a very helpful option, but as we all see it is impossible to do so, by function, so the only thing left is Your Hand, Eyes and a Mouse Click.

- now I will attach the last parts 004 & 005, to close up the 02:40:00 (2CD) mixtape,
Then make CHECK SESSION with ALL my FINAL WAV files and Indexes, then move
all of this into PRO TOOLS and finally finish the job there, with adding last touches, scratches,
and then mix & mastering plugins to finally export STEREO WAV file with CD Indexes, for the
CD pressing. Print Covers. Get it all together. Promote it. Sell it... and hopefully have some joy & chill,
during the X-MAS time.

I was almost going off the topic but, suddenly I found the SOLUTION.

So if any of You People or just Acid 7 Pro Users, would have a problem with, redirecting the time of a marker,
or even a few of them. This is what I came up with. This here is "the only way", that's my Word!. DJ FEEL-X.

To understand what I was trying to show You, try to concentrate on the top timeline, the place where all the markers and the CD markers are ment to be. Be patient and try to be exact at the 7 Steps Solution Program.
