For this issue you are having it would appear that you had a coupon/voucher code for which @SP. gave you a link to redeem, SP could see the code as it was removed later by @PATIENT-X ( Moderator ) .
On redemption of the code you should have received an email with a serial number which begins with P3-
If you did not get thie email check the Spam folder as emails sometimes end up there.
