Limited Tracks

My friend has MMM Plus on windows 10. So when making a Music project, he can only have like 7-8 tracks in his projects. he has to put samples (that should go in their own tracks) in another track to save space. I bought MMM premium for windows 10 but i don't have this problem. Please explain.

Hi,

Did your friend activate the Plus version, and then download and install everything under the Downloads button at the top of the Media Pool?

Did he go to the Project Settings and change the default number of tracks?

The Free version has 8 tracks by default, and that is all. If he has done everything above and still does not have access to more tracks, then check in the Store under Features to see if he has "More Tracks & Features." If not, then only 8 tracks. It may be that one has to use a coupon to get more tracks.
