Licensing and Audio Pro Unlimited

I purchased the Audio Pro Unlimited licenses for multiple sound pools from Catooh for MM2015 and the computer that held those licenses is no longer operational. How do I retrieve the licensees and sound pools if the computer they were stored on no longer works? I'm unable to redownload them from Catooh... what are my options? Can I retrieve the sound pools and their licenses or am I out of luck?

The terms of service, section 4.2 states

'Downloads are available for 14 days after purchase'

and section 11.4 states

'The Customer's attention is specifically directed to the fact that he or she is individually responsible for making backups in reasonable numbers and at reasonable time intervals. MAGIX offers no free replacement for lost files that were bought and downloaded from or uploaded to Catooh.'

I would suggest you contact sales or support at magix.com.
