licenses for independence after hardware change

I have an old Mac Pro with Independence on it. After a bad crash the hardware has changed and now all my independence library is returned to demo. I have all the serial numbers in my account but I do not know how to reissue these. When I click activate in independence plugin (in protools) nothing happens. Can you help me please?

Mac Pro mid 2010, MacOS 10.8.5, Protools TDM v 10.3.7, Independence 3.2.0
