I have lots of Soundpools - all of which are non-commercial. Is it possible to upgrade these to a Commercial License without buying them all again?

Sadly there is no upgrade. You need to buy the commercial licences again. So the best idea is to only buy the Soundpools you actually used. Don't waste your money on commercial licences for soundpools you didn't use. .
