License recovery question

Good day! Our customer has encountered a loss of licenses due to the change of the system administrator, is it possible to get help from you on this issue? If so, the essence of the problem is below. LLC "Radio company RADIO ROKS - Region" / INN 2310174868 By customer: The accounting department has information that in 2010 we purchased 9 SoundForge10 licenses from Program Com LLC (tax number 7714743822). To date, the organization has been liquidated, there is no one to contact on this issue. Can I get previously purchased licenses? all acts confirming the purchase are available. And Is it possible to remove (deactivate) all existing (14 licenses) from all PCs and re-install them on other computers? how to do it right?
