Hi, I bought the Magix Music Maker Premium 2022 Edition from Dell and received the confirmation email for the same but when I tried to install it or redeem the key, it said that "License is invalid". Dell tried all the possible way to install it however it still shows that the license is invalid. Kindly suggest.
No I did not recieve physical software . It was a digital download which didn't download properly so I had two Techs from Dell support try to fix the problem remotely but they couldn't register it or whatever because of no code that was valid. The original Key became invalid because they used it and it failed so now it looks like I need a valid key code

The instructions was to redeem the key you mentioned.
in general when you purchase a Magix product with voucher code to redeem it, you would generally input key here by logging in or registering new account.
As you purchased from Dell I would contact them again to sort it out and if no success, then contact infoservice@magix.net with your order details.

Dell had two technicians try and both couldn't get a new key since the first became invalid. They told me my last resort was to get a new key through Magix since it is their product but I do not know how to do that

The serial number for Music Maker begins with P3- followed by 5 sets of 5 numbers separated as shown below
P3-11111-22222-33333-44444-55555
The whole serial number, as shown above, must be entered into the activation dialog.
If the first key was a series of characters without the P3- at the beginning then what you received would be a voucher code which, from what you have said, sounds as though it has been redeemed for the serial key - if this is the case then you would have received an email with the P3- serial number. If you did not get this, check your email spam folders - the emails often end up there.
Note:
Once the program has been registered with a serial number, the program activation/license is linked to the email address used to redeem the voucher code and is no longer useable. When starting the program you should see your email address top right of the start-up pane - if it is not there then you should have the option to login - do so with the email address used to register/activate the program.
