You need to email infoservice@magix.net and explain fully what you are asking for. However, I suspect that, even if they are able to help you you will need to buy a serial key for MM 2022. Also, I think that MM 2022 may not work properly under Win 7 since that OS is now very old and no longer supported at all by Microsoft and, therefore, by Magix.
