legalities on cd production for music magazine without using soundpool loops

Hi magix and everyone . Am i allowed to produce a cd for a music magazine using magix maker 2014 premium if i do not use any of the supplied loops but only use ones which i make myself with my keyboard and the dne sythesizer ? Also would this also include self make drum beats ?

Hi

This topic has been covered many itmes however - so long as everything is scored / composed / created by you using the synthesizers, drum machines and Soundpools are not used OR you have the Audio Pro licences, which have to be purchased from Catooh, for the soundpools you do use - then there should be no problem.
