Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

First, I have removed your email address from your post; it is never a good idea to post one's email address in a public forum, where bots may pick it up and proceed to spam your inbox!

However, you need to contact http://support@magix.com direct since this is a user to user forum and no-one here has access to registration information etc.

Hi

Assuming you already had the program installed and registered - you can find your serial number by browsing to the magix.com website, click the My Account icon

top right of the home page and log in.

Select My products and you will see all your registered products and serial numbers.
