Provide some background info, i.e., OS, source of the AS14 download, exact description of the bugs. Stops frequently during recording? Playback? Rendering/conversion? Are you using an audio interface? If so, which one? Etc.

The first time I installed AS14 on Windows 10, I had no language issues, and the program played back and recorded without any freezing.

I would recommend uninstalling SF with third-party uninstaller that removes leftover data. (Revo Uninstall, and Geek Uninstall are two that are highly regarded and have freeware versions). Cold booting the PC prior to reinstall is recommend as well.
Download the latest Sound Forge Audio Studio 14 build from the Magix Service Center> My Products and reinstall.

As @Former user stated, more information is needed to help with the behavior issues if they continue after reinstalling.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge user-to-user community forum @baiju .

OS: Win10x64;

already did uninstallation<=>re-installation, but no luck.

Try uninstall with one of the above uninstallers. The default Win uninstaller leaves data behind that can be causing the issue.

You seem to be providing as little info as possible. That makes me uneasy about continuing to help.

I sure wish I didn't feel compelled to ask, "From where did you download the installer?" so often. I NEVER have to ask on other audio software forums, but I have to do it on the Magix user forum A LOT. Very disturbing.

I have got download link in purchase invoice email, post payment done. Using that link, i downloaded software (Sound Forge Audio Studio 14) - double-click on installer, selected English language (out of Spanish, German, Russian) - package got installed successfully on my Windows 10x64; i then restarted computer - opened the package and found that it was showing different language. I have not even used its software and its feature, since unable to read what is mentioned in menus due to different language.

I posted my query here and this is the case; please review attached snippet for reference.

I tried contacting MAGIX, but not finding their email ID to raise case and get support - it is bit wicked.

Thank you so much for helping here.

it is absolutely pathetic support to navigate through page; i tried searching simply an email id to inform support team to look into this issue - i didn't find it anywhere. and finally landed up here in forum to seek expert advise.

@baiju

Hi

The images you posted suggest your PC has either a second language installed or a region/locale setting is wrong - check all the settings in Time and Language in particular all the options under Region and Language
