I just downloaded a trial version of Movie 2023 Platinum. The specs says there are 175 transitions (to use between photos mostly), but I only count 32. I own Movie Edit Pro 2016 and have the same issue, in that it seems to be missing transitions. Where are they or how do I get them in the software?

This is one of the several limitations of the trial version - others are effects, features eg transitions, templates etc and export duration - limited to 3 mins.
The are all unlocked when you buy the program and download the Extra Content that contains the full features for the version you purchase.

I have purchased both Magix Movie Suite 2023 and Magix Edit Pro 2021.
In Edit Pro 2021, there are approx 162 transitions, but in Suite 2023 there are only 31 transitions available. Am I missing something or do the 2 programs have a different number of transitions?
Also, in Edit Pro 2021, I have Mercalli 2.0 stabilization and Vegas stabilization, but in Suite 2023, I only have Vegas Stabilization. Is Mercalli 2.0 available with 2023 Suite?
Lastly, in Edit Pro 2021, there is no color correction, but in Suite 2023 there is color correction.
Overall, the lack of transitions in Suite 2023 is the most puzzling. Is there a way I can get all 162 transitions into Suite 2023 so I don't have to switch between the 2 programs when making a video?
The reason why I bought Edit Pro 2021 after buying Suite 2023 is because Suite 2023 didn't have Mercalli 2.0 and also was short on the number of transitions, so I thought if I buy both of them, I can bridge the gap. It works, but I still want to know if Suite 2023 can give me everything that Edit Pro 2021 does. I would think Suite 2023 would be the more option laden program, but it doesn't seem to be, overall.

I don't think it is; I have both 2021 and 2023 installed and yes, Mercalli 2 is available in 2021 but not in 2023. If you do a lot of stabilisation, keep your eye out for Magix "good deals"; there have recently been some cheap copies of Movie Studio bundled with Mercalli 6, which is great, or if you are that way inclined, you can buy the Mercalli 6 Magix plugin direct from the Prodad website.
Lastly, in Edit Pro 2021, there is no color correction, but in Suite 2023 there is color correction.
The "colour" and "colour correction" effects controls are the same in both 2021 Premium and 2023 Suite.

Thanks for the help. I did install the extras as browj2 advised - I now have the transitions I was missing. I will keep Edit Pro 2021 for the use of Mercalli 2.0. I am still missing colour correction in Edit Pro 2021, but that is not a big deal as I have it in Suite 2023.
Btw, have you noticed that when you go to the Magix store and try to buy the fade transitions pack as an add on (about 12 transitions in the pack), you are not allowed to use those fade transitions for commercial licence purposes, but only for home use? I found that odd and that's why I didn't buy and install the extra transitions offered in the store. I wonder why Magix doesn't allow transitions to be used for things like Youtube videos that may receive 100,000 views down the road.

Amendment:
The Plus and Premium versions should have 2 colour adjustment options - Color and Color Correction - in the Effects tab, Video effects section.

I am using Edit Pro 2021, not Premium, so that might be the difference. Here is a screenshot of my effects, which don't have colour correction as an option.

The comparison page I looked at said Color correction was there in the Basic version, just checked the manual Color correction is Plus and Premium only.
