Hi again, I'm back to you with my problems sorry! Music Maker (64-Bit) make me crazy. Every time I start the program I have to reinstall (repair) Loop / instruments again, is that correct? When I make music with a loop it goes well but when I want to play the keyboard I choose instruments and there is nothing in the field above the keyboard Only (1: -) there fore no sound, what is the problem?

I see you never responded to the reply made to your previous post to the forum. Why? Was that problem resolved?
For the problem of the repeated downloads, can I ask you to read my post to another thread, here? As you will see, I had been experiencing this repeated downloads problem for some time and the latest update made things far worse! The actions that resolved it for me are all detailed in that post.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say there is nothing in the field above the keyboard. Can you post a screenshot of that part of your screen so we may have a little more information about exactly what you are seeing?

Edit it an image editor, to remove your email address.
If you do not have a favourite image editor, use Paint that comes with Windows to remove your email address.
Are you using a laptop with a small or low resolution screen?

He's clicking in the box above the keyboard where it is showing 1:-
I can do this to get a list of instruments although this should be showing the Magix instruments and their icons. That list looks like it did before an update fixed how these were showing.
to Antonio-Ruscetta what version are you using (as shown under About Music Maker from the help menu)?

Thanks for the location - not one I use, however the contents do look odd - no icons, hence the question about the screen size.

This looks like Music Maker (MMM) 2021 is activated with a MMM 2019 serial number.
Were you using MMM 2019, updated to MMM 2021 29.0.2.45 and then updated again to 29.0.6.35 ?

Did you pay for the upgrade to MM 2021 (version 29) and so would have been sent a new serial key, to be entered on the activation screen? If not, you are running the Free version of Music Maker.
Quite a number of users have been caught out by this! Simply updating to version 29 gives you access to the 64 bit engine, but the program is the most basic version and, if you have instruments and soundpools which were available to you in the 2019 version but which would NOT be available in the basic 2021 version I wonder whether it is those which you are asked to reinstall each time you open the app?
The process to gain access to the full Premium or Plus variant of MM is via a paid upgrade. Because MM 2021 (version 29) is essentially a brand new program it is necessary to purchase it to be able to use anything other than the Basic (Free) variant. Once purchased you will receive a new serial key which you can enter on the activation screen.
