Everytime I click into the pitch and tempo section, it will freeze. I don't even actually have to alter anything in there. My computer meets the required specs, so I just don't get why it acts like it's too much to handle.

Without a lot more information about your computer and the version and variant of MusicMaker you are running it is almost impossible for us to offer any kind of suggestions or advice to you. Please read this post for guidance on what we need.

I am using Magix Music Maker 2017 with Windows 7 Ultimate on an AMD Fx 6300 6core processor. I have 16000 mb ram and a resolution of 1366x768.
Only the program freezes; my computer does not. It is only when I go into the section where you can change pitch/tempo. It just won't allow me to make these kinds of changes at all.
It doesn't ever seem to catch up if I leave it for a while. I have to use task manager to close the program and then reopen it.
