Hey guys,

Ok, Im really sorry for this noob question. However, I can't seem to find the "BeatBox2" in the instrument tab. Am I missing something or did I do something wrong? Could you guys help me out here? I've done some searching around but I just can't seem to understand or they are outdated? Just to let you know in advance, I'm using wins 10. I would highly appreciate any help here. Thanks in advance.

Hi. Welcome to the Magix forums.

Did you check Help>Upgrade Program/Upgrade Functions to see whether there is something else you need to download?

Hi,

Bad news. In MusicMaker Premium (2017), the Object Synthesizers, Atmos, Livid, BeatBox2, LoopDesigner and Robota are no longer accessible. to be able to get and still use them.

Hi John.

Thanks very much for this excellent tutorial.

However, did I understand you correctly when you said these synths were no longer available in MMMP (2017)? I've just installed the program for the first time, without ever having an older version on this computer, and all the five synths are in that Program Data folder, and can be dragged to the timeline, as you showed.

I wonder whether Magix' policy on these has changed? Or did I misunderstand what you were saying?

Hi Jeff,

Its a bit foggy now. I just looked at my tutorial and all I can think of is that not all of the synths were in the folder for 2017. However, they may have been. If so, then the task is easier. Looking at the list of the extra download files, as shown in the tutorial, of the five synths, only Atmos and LiViD show up in the list under Synthesizer and effects, which may be what I was referring to and thus I had assumed that the files did not come with the program.

Just in case the files are not be included in the future, at least I showed how to get them for users who have the older versions.

Hey browj2,

For reals! Love you! No homo. We need more people like you on this forum. :) By the way, is there a way where I can make it show up on the instrument sections of the platform with the other instruments? Once again, thank you so much!

Thanks for subscribing.

I did not find a way to add these synths to the Instruments tab. That was the first thing I tried before asking Magix what happened to them.
