Just a quick question about commercial licenses

Sebastian-Robertson wrote on 12/9/2020, 7:21 AM

I am about to get myself a Bundle and I will buy the Commercial (Royalty Free) one. Now I am planing on creating videos and having music/sound from said Bundle in it. Is there anything I need to be aware of? Will I get a code or something that shows I have the rights to use this music?

@Sebastian-Robertson

This page shows the differences between the various types of licences which Magix offer with the purchase of any soundpool. Hopefully, it will supply all the answers you need.

I should have been a bit clearer my bad there. What I am looking for is if there is some sort of proof I have to show that I owe the song when I use them on a video. (It getting taged on youtube)

@Sebastian-Robertson

I am not aware of anything like that. You could certainly put a statement on your YT page and each video that indicates that you own the full commercial licence for the particular music but that does not necessarily prevent a frivolous and baseless copyright infringement claim being made against you. In those circumstances you should merely be able to show Google/YT evidence of your purchase, e.g. the email confirmation you receive when the purchase is made.
