Just a couple questions...

Hi,

Just finally upgraded from MX Plus to MEP 2013 Plus, got it all installed but have a couple questions.

First, I downloaded the bonus content from Catooh without a problem, but I forgot to check the box that said it would apply it after the download.  I have the files in a folder, but can anyone tell me how to "apply" them?

Second, the instructions say to download ProDad Adorage 13 from the link in my email, but I don't have a download link in my email for that.  Just the serial number.  Anyone know where I should go to get this download?  I thought about downloading the trial version from ProDad, but figured there must be a different download link for this.

Thanks for any help on these two, appreciate it...

Hi Joom

If you have already downloaded the extra programs, go to the Help menu at the top and click "Install extra programs".

If you have not downloaded it will prompt you to download and open the installation manager. Otherwise go to "Help>Free download" and the installation manager will open showing what has and has not yet been downloaded.

Thanks for the reply.  I'd seen that mentioned while I was searching for an answer before I posted, but I don't have an option for "Install extra programs".  I have Movie Edit 2013 Plus - version 12.0.2.2.

I have already downloaded all the free download content without any problem.  And I downloaded the bonus pack from Catooh fine and I have the files in a folder (I can access them manually), but it said something about "applying" them and I'm not sure how to do that.

And with Adorage 13, I'm not sure what to download from where and how to install.

Am I missing something I should have on this "Install extra programs" option under Help?

Hi Joom

I presume you downloaded the program instead of installing from a disc?

I can not understand why you can not see this Install extra programs in the Help dropdown. I can see it in the installation manager window where you download and install the extra stuff from but I have 2013 Premium.

I think extra plugin programs have their own serial number - you may have to contact Magix support for that.
