What kind of interference are you referring to and how did you create your 4-bar melody? I assume you're talking about the transition between two instances of the melodic loop not being seamless, i.e. the loop not "looping" properly. This is, of course, a question of the loops composition itself. If you're using one of the loops that came with Music Maker, all of them should be composed and cut in a way that they will loop properly when you line up multiple instances of the same loop or extend the looped object beyond the original length by using the handle in the lower right-hand corner of the object. Beyond that, you might also want to look into the "Loop range" options, which you will find under the "Edit" menu => "Object" sub menu.
