izotope Ozone audio studio 12 serial number

I upgraded to Audio Studio 12. izotope Ozone is included. I tried to authorize it by typing in the serial number emailed to me, it says it’s invalid.

pleae contact Support-sfas12@magix.net, they will send you a new serial number.
