Assuming it was purchased from Magix, you should have received a (unique) activation code for Ozone Elements in the same email as your Sound Forge Audio Studio activation code. If you did not receive it, email infoservice@magix.net or Magix Customer Service to request a support ticket and include your purchase details.
I am not familiar with the activation procedure with 'QuickFX', which could be a result of being off-line when one of the plug-ins was initially opened.
