The simple answer to your question is, yes you can, but there are some limitations.
If your OS is 32 bit you can ignore this paragraph: assuming you have your various iZotope programs and plugins installed, the first thing to remember is that MM is a 32 bit program so cannot use 64 bit VSTs. (By default, I think iZotope installs both versions, normally 64 bit in your Program Files folder and 32 bit in your Program Files (x86) folder.)
In MM, under Settings>Folders you need to point to the folder where the VST .dlls are stored. (Unfortunately, you have the option for only one such folder.) MM will find and scan those VSTs and you can then access them via the FX dropdown on each track and selecting the "AudioFX rack track". On the screen which then opens click the + sign at the bottom and you should find your VSTs all listed there.
. . . . Can i install any izotope on my magix music maker premium 2017 . . . .
Yes, so long as they have/are a compatible VST.
Once installed Izotope will appeaer in the Object effects rack and the Master effects rack as shown below - you have to click the + indicated in both images to open the plugins.

@johnebaker@emmrecs hello guys sorry being annoying. But can you please tell me after i install my izotope on my laptop. Do i need to copy the DLL and paste into my Magix MM. Or what? Please can someone tell me which or what folder i need to install the my izotope.
Please reread my first post to this thread. It tells you how to link MM to the folder where your VST dlls are stored. You do not need to move them anywhere else.
