Issues with Installing

Seems to be a regular issue. While running the installer for Vegas or Music maker, the downloader starts, it does nothing, and then pauses and asks to continue again.

I already tried turning off antivirus and Firewall, I already tried running it as admin, I already tried with the local admin of the computer and nothing seems to work.

So if there are any other suggestions or solutions, please let me know.

@Bruno-Mora Some ISP block the Magix servers. In this case you need to use a VPN.

While a VPN could be a solution, I won't get a different software (yes, I'm still not using one) to get the software I already paid for it. Is there any way to get a link to the file itself? I have my keys, I just need a way to downloaded without having to do so many hoops.

@Bruno-Mora You can ask customer service at infoservice@magix.net for a direct download link. But it can take some days until you get an answer because they don't work on Saturday and Sunday.
