Hi, I had to reinstall ACID Pro 7.0, after perform the installation appears a screen requesting the serial number for the activation, but when I type de serial indicate that the software will closed to perform the activation, but after that the same activation windows appears.
This it´s the information:
- Serial Number Removed by Moderator Windows 10 Home Single Language, 64-Bit , Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz and 8032 MB RAM

Exist the way to escalate the issue formaly to Magix?
When you try to activate Acid Pro with serial number, please temporarily disable your anti virus and firewall and try again, the server may be blocked access by your AV and firewall.
You could try and uninstall Acid Pro using the free Revo uninstaller available on the internet which removes everything including remnants within the registry and re-install and try to activate again.
