Issues when trying to add soundpools from my hard drive

Lunchbox wrote on 8/19/2020, 1:40 AM

Every time I try to add a new soundpool by clicking on the "Add new soundpools..." and then adding the soundpool on my hard drive the music maker pops up a bubble leading me to the payment plan for unlimited loops. How do I add these soundpools that I already own without paying for the unlimited loops plan or having that plan pop up after trying to add a soundpool? I have windows 10 and am using Music Maker Version 28.0.3.51

What file format are your soundpools? You can only add WAV and OGG without a subscription.

@Lunchbox

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Assuming you have not subscribed to Unlimited Loops, try logging out of the Store, restart Music Maker and then log back in to the Store.

The loops you have purchased should then be available either in the Downloads tab or in the Store indicated with a download arrow - you may need to switch the Store options to Show purchased items - click the gear wheel on the Store tab to set this

@johnebaker

The soundpool that I am trying to add was not purchased from the Magix Music Maker store.

The soundpool that I am trying to add was not purchased from the Magix Music Maker store.

I assume it is not a Magix product then, unless a Magix product bought from Producer Planet. If not a magix product it would not have the required data to be added as a soundpool. Therefore if has to be accessed from the file manager tab.
