I'm having the same problem. I can't adjust the pitch and tempo anymore.

(Using Music Maker 28.0.1.19; removed by moderator)

@mckenzie-jones, @10oclock

Hi

Tempo and Pitch are working fine for me in version 28.0.1.19.

Tempo:

Assuming you are referring to the projects global BPM setting - are you pressing the Enter key after changing the BPM value.

For all the settings shown in the image below the change must be confirmed by pressing the Enter key.

Pitch:

Check that the Pitch bar

is turned on under View, Arranger, Show pitch ranges, if it is on and still not showing when there is at least one loop on the timeline then try resetting the program layout - F4 key.

It wasn't allowing me to adjust it in any manner, then would continue to show up in it's original location but blocking my screen whenever I selected full view.... I logged out for a few days, came back and it is working fine now. Only problem is I am still unable to purchase or browse any new soundpools unless they are being advertised on sale or discount in the store. My browser continues to tell me that there are no available soundpools for purchase but will allow me to browse and purchase instruments, presets and versions.....

Hi there,

Please make sure you didn't inadvertently enable any unwanted filtering options for the soundpools section of the store system.

Other than that, this might be some in-app store caching issue. If you're not getting on, you might want to consider cleaning up the store via the appropriate option in the "General options" tab of the Music Maker program settings ("P" key). Make sure to log back into the store system with your account after the program has restarted.

Hope this helps!

Don't know what happened but I just reset the program settings and I am now allowed to browse all soundpools within the store again.
