The SF elevated privileges issue is/was relatively common with SF 10 and 11 (Pro and AS) after a Win 10 update(s), though issues of this kind with later Magix versions are few. As my fellow moderator Jeff stated, read the elevated privileges thread and of coarse heed warnings if you decide to tweak the registry .
Another option would be to uninstall SF using a third-party uninstaller the clears old registry entries that the Windows uninstall leaves behind, then reinstall. Uninstalling would remove your custom settings and such as well, though some can be saved from the system AppData .
You could first try enabling "Run this program as an Administrator" in the SF's <.exe> or shortcut's "Properties> Compatibility" settings. If that works you will get a 'open as' dialog notice each time SF starts
