Is this just a user forum?

So I'm having problems with music maker. As noted here https://www.magix.info/us/forum/music-maker-no-longer-works--1250872/

I have been told this is a users forum so my problem can't be solved.

Is that so? So I can contact Magix directly.

@Bluesea

Hi

I will close this topic to prevent further posting as this is a 'duplicate' (sort of) of your previous post - please continue there with any result you get to fix the issue.
