If not, then do so.
Each year the domain name provider should invoice you well in advance. If you don't pay, you lose your domain.
As for the web hosting by Magix, you are paying for storage space for your website and for email boxes. See their terms for how and when to pay. I presume that you have a monthly fee.
Now it's up to you to create your website.

About annual payments to the domain registrar or NIC, it appears that Magix handles this.
I received a notification that says "Domain Name Expiration Notice." Then in smaller print it is actually trying to get me to transfer to and renew the name with a different Registrar, for 40$ per year. I will stick with Magix handling the registry; it's probably less expensive. Thus beware of any notices like this trying to trick you.

Ok, your site works. I suggest that you reduce the size of your image/avatar. It is pixelated on my Playbook screen and cut off.
BTW, there is an advertising bar at the right side of the website screen. Did you do that or is it something that is done to your site?
