Is there a way to Capture a signal image that apears in the top left veiw box and save it as a signal image?

I am useing movie edit pro mx and would just like to capture the image in the top left veiw screen. Is that posible? Thanks

'File' >> 'Export movie >> 'Single frame as JPEG...' You have the option of changing the pixel resolution from the default of your project. You can also save as .BMP.

The term 'movie may seem counter intuitive -- It would better be 'Export from movie' as it is also the menu to export audio only.
