I have 2 questions regarding music maker
1. Once i purchase MUSIC MAKER 2025 PREMIUM / Ultimate / Unlimited, is the license permanent (Lifetime) for the software?
2. In MUSIC MAKER 2025 Unlimited edition can all the sound pools / Loops be used for commercial purpose ?
Welcome to the Magix users forums.
Once you purchase MM2025 the licence entitles you to use that version for life. It does NOT include any future new version, e.g., MM 2026 whenever it is released.

Included loops are always non-commercial. You can use them fine for private stuff but you cannot release anything which generates income for you. For this, you need to acquire additional commercial licences. Either in the Music Maker in-app-store or from ProducerPlanet.com.
Alternatively, to get many loops for a cheap price, I recommend to regularly check out sites like Humble Bundle or Fanatical.
The included instruments can be used commercially without any additional license (except the example melodies). So, if you compose all your music yourself, you can release it commercially.
The Loops Unlimited subscription included in the Unlimited Edition is only valid for one year and only for non-commercial usage. This subscription gives you access to all Magix Soundpool loops collections from the in-app-store without the need to buy them individually.

Yes, that is what they say.
And here is the listing of the Soundpools, I presume.
If you purchase this, take note of which Soundpools have the commercial license as there is no way of telling which are for personal use and which have the commercial license if you have or will purchase more Soundpools.
Looks like a pretty good deal to me.
