Is iZotope Ozone Elements missing in Sound Forge Pro 13?

I recently purchased Sound Forge Pro 13 from Humble Bundle and could not find the iZotope Ozone Elements package. Wondering if it is part of the package?

@SubrataBera I didn't check this for this case but bonus software usually isn't included in Humble Bundles. But iZotope often gave their Elements software away for free or very cheap at shops like Plugin Boutique.
