Is it possible to upgrade from Vegas Pro 17 to Vegas POST Suite?

I got an email for a £439 deal to upgrade to Vegas POST Suite but it doesn't say to upgrade from what? I'm confused as to whether or not it means I can upgrade from Vegas Pro 17 to the Vegas POST Suite. Does anyone know if that's the case?
