I've just bought a Movie Edit Pro Plus 365 and I'm getting quite frustrated with being able to import videos taken with my iPhone.
These videos play fine in Windows 11 but when I try to import them to my video the audio plays but I get no video.
If I try to convert the videos within Magix to any other format, I still get the same issue.
What am I missing?

Hi Christopher and welcome to the user to user forums.
We will need all the relevant information as requested in this sticky thread on the forum before we can start to try to find out what the problem might be.
It could be the footage from the iPhone or a setting within MEP or a part of your computer specifications or even a combination of all three.
A file that will play in a video playback program is no guarantee of playback within a video editing package.

I set the hardware acceleration to the CPU, rather than the graphics card and I can work with the iPhone videos without needing to do any converting.
