In an earlier thread here you were advised that Magix no longer sells Xara Designer Pro and that you would need to go to the Xara website if you wished to purchase an update/upgrade. Did you do this? If you are looking for the invoice for that purchase you need to visit Xara.com, not magix.info or magix.com.

I know but this is on my account and when I login I have got to this link to access my account (https://www.magix.com/gb/support/my-service-center/) - since I bought it through them however I paid for this year and I need to get my invoice for my account this information and I cannot see it anywhere please help me

Do you have a Magix supplied version of Xara Web Designer, v19 being the last one from Magix, or Xara Photo & Graphic Designer, and are still 'subscribing' to maintain access to the Online catalogue and/or web hosting provided by Magix?
If so, the email confirmation of purchase of the continuance of the 'subscription', is your invoice/proof of payment.
If you require something with more official eg VAT number etc then email Magix at infoservice@magix.net.
