Invalid Key

I purchased a software bundle with keys for Music Maker 2023 premium and SoundForge audio studio 15. Everything worked for Music Maker, but when I try to activate SoundForge, it keeps saying invalid key. However, I can plug that same key into the download center and get the download for SoundForge 15. Also, SoundForge 12.6 keeps installing, but I'm not sure if that's related or now.

@marcus-s7203 Sound Forge Pro 15 or Sound Forge Audio Studio 15? Which version have you installed?

Sound Forge Audio Studio 12.6 is inckuded as an additional audio editor for certain Music Maker versions.

The key is for Sound Forge Audio Studio 15. soundforgeaudiostudio15_dlm_ap2wd9.exe is the download that I get, but it installs as 12.6 for some reason.

@marcus-s7203 This doesn't make any sense to me. Please make sure you start the correct program after installation. You might have installed both version 12.6 and 15.

Hi

. . . . soundforgeaudiostudio15_dlm_ap2wd9.exe is the download that I get . . . .

This is the Download Manager software, when you run it which version of SF Audio Studio does it say it is downloading and going to install? See example below which is for Audio Studio 17

I don't know what just happened, but I started the whole process over and took screenshots of the entire process, but it worked this time. I have no idea what changed, but thank you for responding.
