Hi

Assuming the installation of MMS 2025 replaced MMS 2022 then you should have all the Intros/Outros from that version plus any new ones.

Check under Help, Install extra content, that all options have been installed.

Unfortunately, when I installed the new version (2025) it forced me to uninstall 2022 first. I'm going to try reinstalling on another computer and seeing if I can copy over the missing files. Magix customer services haven't been very helpful.

Did the program do that automatically while installing the new version or did you manually uninstall yourself?

Can't remember exactly, but I think it did force the uninstall. Or, if it didn't uninstall the 2022 version, it definitively didn't bring across the settings.

I was thinking do you still have the files on your PC, my IntroOutro template are in C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Videocontent\Movie Studio Platinum Content\IntroOutro.

There's an option at the top of the screen, I don't remember if IntroOutro are amongst those but I'd try that first before trying to move files that MMS2025 still might not find after you move them. .

Hi,

Did you check under Help, Install extra content? Do so. If it shows that everything is installed, then it should still be there, but maybe not in same location as shown by Gid, but close.

If not installed, then install everything.

Failing that, give us a screen shot Showing the Templates tab with Intro/Outro animations showing.

In addition to what the other contributors have asked, can you confirm that you registered the 2025 version (with its new serial key) when you first installed it?

That's a good point. I thought I had, but it turns out that I hadn't! I will let you know the outcome.

It is the act of registering that unlocks the facility to download all those "extras" which @Gid showed in his screenshot.

That is what it is supposed to do - the core program of the older version is 'replaced', however all the Extra content from 2022 is not deleted/removed, and should become available once the program is activated with the serial number without the need to download and re-install.
