Internal sounds from midi into Music Maker?

Can I record the internal sounds/instruments from my midi keyboard direct into Music Maker? Or do I need another bit of gear e.g. DAW?

@Nick-Phillips You need a way to connect the audio output of your keyboard with your computer. This is usually done with an external USB audio interface. You could also try to connect the keyboard audio output directly to the microphone input of your computer, but this might not yield the desired results. It could be that your keyboard signal is way to loud or quiet for the computer input.
