Internal program error adding a new page

Internal program error 6827.k.No.ar when I try to add or try to duplicate a new page. Xara Web Designer premium. Spurious internal error has occurred. Windows 10 i5. Xara Web Designer Premium 18.0.0.61670 DL x64 Mar 22 2021 update service code 4315 KA1 just updated today.

The error code indicates there is an installation issue,

The recommended action is to re-install the software, however you do need to make sure it is a clean install and is run as an Administrator - your computer account may say you are an administrator, however that account has restricted admin privileges

Backup all files and folders in your project.
To ensure a clean install, download and install Revo Free Uninstaller and use this to initiate the uninstall of the program.
After the uninstall is complete Revo will scan for left over files and registry fragments, check that the listed Items belong to Web Designer and delete them.
Download and run the installer as Administrator by right clicking the downloaded file and select Run as administrator.
