Internal Error Music Maker 14 Premium

When I start recording I get this Internal Error message. I am operating on Windows 10. When I start to record I get this internal error message. Makes it impossible to get anything done. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

You say you have MMM Premium 14; the current version is 25 so yours is now rather "old" to say the least. I wonder whether it is now incompatible with Windows 10? I know other Magix software of a similar vintage has stopped working following recent Windows updates.
