What type and size is the C: drive fitted in your computer/laptop?
How much free space is available?
is Windows controlling the Page file sizes or has this been set manually? If you do not know then the default is Windows controls the page file system.
Hi and thank you for the reply. I'm using a 256gb SSD internally with only 48gb available right now. I did not change any default Windows setting for Page file sizes. I have three external drives: virtual instrument libraries and samples (1TB SSD), a working folder for my Cubase projects (500gb SSD) and a back-up drive 1TB HHD.
. . . . It does start up after OKing this a few times . . .
This would suggest that the external hard drives or USB ports have been hibernated by Windows and are taking time to 'wake up'.
Check the Windows Power plan, advanced settings for this entry:
If the HP is a laptop, you should have options for when on Battery and connected power, I have my laptop USB port hibernation/turn off options disabled for when on power connected.
Hi John, my HP is a mini form factor desktop. I disabled the USB selective suspend as suggested...still getting the errors? Tried to send a screen print but can't seem to insert here?
A similar error has also been seen with another Magix product, however I cannot find any resolution.
I would suggest raising a support ticket - see this Support artcile on how to navigate the Support system, bearing in mind it is now the weekend you may not get a response until Monday earliest.
@Dave-Crippin I think this is the plugin bridge for 32 bit VST plugins. 32 bit programs can only use around 1,6 GB RAM on a Windows system, even if your computer has much more. If you cannot load everything into 1,6 GB you'll get an out of memory error. Maybe this is caused by a VST plugin?
I also have this error window. When i clock ok, it vanishes and the application starts. It states bridge32_v200u.exe has insufficient memory to start. Why is this? Should I be concerned? Is the software started without bridge32_v200u.exe?
