Instruments Locked Items and Activation ?'s

Attn Magix Team!

I am in process of unlocking various previous editions in the new MM Plus Edition.

I would like to see an official list of what to expect in content and features (what was offered in each out of the box) without having to install each one again on computer to double check that it has been activated properly.

Here is what I will be unlocking/consolidating via my product page ownership:

- Music Maker Movie Score Edition

- Music Maker 2016 Live

- Music Maker Live (2017)

- Music Maker Plus Edition (2018)

- Music Studio 2016

- Samplitude Music Studio 2016

- Samplitude Music Studio (2017)

I would imagine that between all of these, I should have darn near all of the options in the store (except soundpools I understand lots of those are purchase only). If it helps I can also post what the MM Store is showing still locked and what I don't have access to. lmk

Thanks in advance, and very happy about all of this integration so far (extra kudo points for new PC Check & Tuning 2018 btw).

I also have a Soundpool Collection 21 dvd that added all the contents to the list via selection windows, but is only accessible to preview and use when disk is in drive.... Seems like it should have become fixed in soundpool folder after copying files over (which it did)... strange.

I hope all this helps Magix Team in someway, while helping myself/others out too!

*History note: the other day I tried activating all of my Editions via the Free MM25, it seemed to work great for the most part, but had some missing soundpools, handful of Locked instruments after all versions activated, and I didn't see ANY of the Demo songs from each brought in :( I spent a few 2-4 hours reading info posts and trying to move files around, but in the end it was not working completely... some stuff was not being recognized even though it was sitting right next to other things that were, same folder. As I posted in another thread, I then decided to start from scratch, trust that Magix would work/make work right, and I uninstalled all of my MMM and Music Studio products. Did big housekeeping by removing other daws ( a cool thing right), and cleared about 50+gb of space, did a few defrags, logged online at Magix and purchased MMPlus Edition, and started over clean... adding the PC Check & Tuning demo upon installation (part of the final cleaning house)... This is where I am at as of this moment.. stalling on entering previous activations as most has been recognized somehow (on drive or in acct scan by Magix install?), working great, super speedy, Store credits showing properly, etc. A little cautious to screw it up by entering all my Edition codes ;) ...

Ok, after all of that.... I'm now feeling like I just want to Activate previous Editions and watch what happens..... deal with any questions or issues from there (easier route)..... be back shortly with report!

Update Report for Magix Team:

Went through each of my acct serial numbers to activate the flagged and locked instruments mentioned above (lists) and none of the products unlocked. Actually I got the "You already own all the product and content for this Edition" Error for each one. Obviously I should have the locked items as they are showing associated to my acct, but not recognizing any of my Edition entries....... I do own Samplitude Pro X3 now! Would that be a trigger for the error in any way?

I am totally ok with using my 4 MMPlus credits for 4 of the non locked instruments that are left, fair is fair. I will submit a request thru my acct for the "locked" instruments to get freed (qty 5 listed above) :)

Looks like this is part of the issue you mentioned to me earlier that you were familiar with @browj2

I tried what I could to see if I could make the issue go away, but looks like I need help getting it corrected after all.

Next question is if Ozone 7 within store can be had with credits I have there (4) and nowhere else to use them right now (wonder if they stay in acct if not used so I can use them on future features as they become avail?) . I do have Ozone 8 via the MMPlus pkg, but I'm not so sure it can be used in MMPlus or if it is just avail in Sound Forge Audio Studio 12 alone? Also says I can't use the 2 credits for Vocoder Presets that are showing in my store......

Ok, I submitted an official support ticket a few hours ago and have not heard back yet of course.... but......

I figured it out! It is indeed an activation issue in the store with since I have Samplitude Pro X3 now! The five "Locked" instruments I see are indeed offerings in SamProX3 Suite Pkg!

Very interesting... and I knew it must have made sense somehow. The exception is Rock Drums is also offered in two of my other Samplitude Music Studio editions yet it shows locked, I think because SamProX3 also has them..... That one should have surely unlocked in applying the Activate Editions codes.

As for the other locked ones, if they don't belong in MMM, then I'm ok not putting them there. Maybe eventually all the instruments in SamProX3 will be released to be used in both, but if not, I'm ok with that too :)
The 7 showing purchase only are indeed purchase items and not related to my current products, so no worries there.

I'm kind of proud of myself that after more and more of searching info and comparing note lists I've made, I finally stumbled upon the answer at the end of my list.

I have purchased premium 2018 music maker, and was considering buying extra soundpools ambient time and space 1 and maybe 2, but on purchase attempts, I am told user locked out, seems OK on the other sound I have tried but not these, why would it say user locked out?
